Decide the amount before you feel the pull to raise it
The single most useful thing to settle before any session is the amount you are willing to lose, fixed while you are calm and away from any game. Once play starts, judgement shifts with wins and losses, so a number chosen in advance holds where a number chosen mid-session will not. Treat that amount as already spent the moment you commit it. If it is gone, the session is over, regardless of how the next spin or hand looks.
Know what this page cannot do for you
This page cannot set a deposit cap, a loss limit, a reality check, a cooling-off period or a self-exclusion for you. Controls with those names exist only inside an account held with an operator, and this site has no account system: no login, no registration, no form and no server-side process that could switch a control on, check its status or enforce it. If you want any of those controls, you arrange them directly inside the account at the destination you use.
Nobody's age is checked on this site, and no gambling takes place here. Any age check happens at the destination once you follow a link there. Nothing on this site tracks your behaviour in order to target you: there is no advertising network and no behavioural profiling here, so nothing published on these pages is aimed at a reader because of how they have played elsewhere.
Recognise the moment to step back
- Chasing a loss by increasing the next bet is a sign the fixed amount has already been abandoned; stopping at that point protects the plan you made before you started.
- Money that was borrowed, or that was meant for bills or other commitments, should never enter play, because a loss then costs more than the amount itself.
- A short break away from the screen, even a few minutes, interrupts the momentum that keeps a losing session going.
- Telling someone else early, before the amount lost feels serious, makes it easier to stop than waiting until it feels urgent.
Use the links this site actually carries
Every page on this site, including this one, carries links to three independent gambling-help organisations: gambleaware.nsw.gov.au, gamblinghelponline.org.au and responsiblegambling.vic.gov.au. These are the only outbound links on the site that are not commercial. Unlike the operator links, they carry no sponsored marking, they are set to nofollow, and they open in a separate tab on the organisations' own websites. This site receives nothing when a reader follows them.
Understand what happens once you leave this site
The eighteen-and-over restriction appears throughout this build, including on the front page and at the end of every operator listing. Each of the ten operator listings ends with the same line: check availability and the current terms at the destination before claiming anything, because eligibility rules and terms apply there and can change without notice. Everything a reader can actually do with money happens after leaving this site. Each operator link redirects to a third party, and from that moment the destination's own rules, checks and account controls apply, not anything published here.
